And the statistics don’t lie. For example: videos on social media are shared 1200% times more often than pictures and text-based posts put together. According to independent research by HubSpot, social media posts with video average 48% more views. On YouTube, more than 1,000,000,000 hours of video are being watched on a daily basis. On Facebook, eight billion video views are generated daily.

In short: there are more than enough reasons to hit the ground running with video. But what types of video should you post on social media? Allow us to elaborate on our 6 video types.

Personal video

One of our favorites: the personal video. The approach is similar to a vlog. Someone will address the viewer directly, talking directly to the camera. It’s not rocket science, but it’s extraordinarily effective. Our customers come from all corners of the world and different walks of life, but one truth seems to be universal: if your brand gets more personal, your brand gets more visible.

Short promo

It doesn’t get more compact than this. In a short promo, only one thing takes center stage: the subject of the post itself. It’s crystal-clear, uncluttered and keeps the bells and whistles to a minimum. An evergreen.

Recap video

Do you remember the first time? Now you certainly will. With a recap video, we’ll capture your event experience on video. It doesn’t just serve as a nice souvenir for the attendees, but it will also convince the ones who stayed at home not to miss out on your event next time.

Video production

Some videos are so important and critical that you need to pull out all stops. With this type of video, our team will visit you and record your video like you’re set to play in a blockbuster movie. Boom edit

Would you rather supply us your own raw material? Let’s get cooking. Boom edits are videos that we haven’t filmed ourselves, yet we have edited.
